Current, Summer 2015 pricing is $3.50 per pound hanging weight. Buyer is responsible for cut and wrap ($.55/lb) and a portion of the kill fee ($60 per whole animal). *Pricing is subject to change with the market*
Beef is sold as the 1/4, 1/2 or whole animal.
Orders of a half or whole animal will be cut and wrapped to your specifications. Orders of a quarter will be cut using the standard cuts.
We occasionally offer hamburger-only shares. The current pricing for this is $2.95 per pound hanging weight. Buyer is responsible for the cut and wrap ($.55/lb), as well as their portion of the kill fee ($60 per whole animal).
