All Natural Beef

We have grass fed beef available year-round. Our animals are born and raised here. They are grass fed and finished on clean, unsprayed pastures. Our beef animals are never given any hormones, antibiotics, or any other drugs or chemicals. Our beef is 100% natural, and as close to organic as you can get at this price.

All of the beef we sell is either purebred Pinzgauer or Pinzgauer cross (at least 1/2 Pinzgauer). Because of this, the beef we sell is very tender, juicy and flavorful. Our beef is well marbled, yet very lean.

You will receive a mix of steaks, tenderloin, stew meat, roasts and ground beef. Tongue, heart, liver, ox tail, and soup bones are available on request; free of charge with your beef order.

Current, Summer 2015 pricing is $3.50 per pound hanging weight. Buyer is responsible for cut and wrap ($.55/lb), as well as their portion of the kill fee ($60/ whole animal). *This pricing is subject to change*

Beef is sold as whole, half, or quarter animal. Orders of a 1/2 or whole animal will be custom cut and wrapped to your specifications. Orders of 1/4 animal will be cut with standard cuts.

A deposit is required to reserve your share of beef. Deposit amounts are as follows:

Whole- $300

Half- $150

Quarter- $75

The deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from the final cost of the beef. The balance due must be paid prior to pickup of the beef. Buyer is responsible for picking their share of beef up from the butcher.
